Overview
Greater Kokstad Municipality invites proposals from reputable electrical contractors with CIDB Grading of 2EP or higher for the supply, delivery and installation of 1 x 30-metre high mast with 10 x 400W LED fittings at Emoyeni 2. Scope includes: excavation, 50KVA 11/.415KV pole mount transformer, 16mm² x 4 core x 500m LV cable, new three phase distribution, transportation, site establishment, testing and commissioning. Project to be completed within 3 months from date of appointment.

Sealed bids must be deposited in the bid box at Reception Area, Adam Kok III Building, 75 Hope Street, Kokstad. Evaluation: Stage 1 Functionality (min 60 points required) covering Company Experience (40pts), Key Personnel (40pts), Plant (20pts); Stage 2 80/20 preferential point system (80 price, 20 specific goals). Mandatory documents include: CSD report, SARS Tax Pin, CIDB 2EP or higher certificate, B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, proof of municipal rates compliance for company and directors, completed MBD forms.
