IPP Renewables (Renewable Energy IPP Programme)

The Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Programme (REIPPP) is a programme of the Department of Electricity and Energy (DEE) of South Africa. It facilitates the procurement of renewable energy from independent power producers including Solar PV, Wind Power, Small Hydro, Biogas, Concentrated Solar Power, Biomass, and Landfill Gas technologies.
