Globeleq is a leading independent power producer in Africa. Since 2002, Globeleq has owned, operated, developed and invested in diversified power projects across Africa, including solar, wind, gas, geothermal and hydropower. Supported by shareholders British International Investment and Norfund, the company invests capital to enhance the performance of existing assets and brings new utility-scale power projects to African nations, with 1,660 MW in operation and 665 MW in construction.
